Ignacio Ojeda Aguirre

Ignacio Ojeda Aguirre is the current Director of AI at Plexus, where they focus on developing AI software improvements and prototypes for commercialization. With over 15 years of experience in coding and managing teams across various industries, they have a strong background as a data scientist, specializing in models and algorithms for capital markets, bioscience, defense, transportation, and telecommunications. Ignacio co-founded Genomatronic QB and has held significant roles at companies such as GFT Group, UST, and EY, where they led AI and data science initiatives. They also share their expertise as a lecturer in Statistics & Probability, Data Science, and Machine Learning at Esade. Ignacio holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from Columbia University.
