Luis Melgar Moreno is a seasoned Project Delivery Manager with over three decades of experience in project management and IT integration across various sectors, including banking and manufacturing. Currently at Plexus Tech since October 2019, Luis leads project delivery for banking clients. Prior experience includes serving as an International IT Project Manager at Vision IT Group, managing projects across Europe, and leading a team in the banking sector. At Eli Lilly and Company, Luis held multiple roles, including IT Business Integrator and Manufacturing Systems Analyst, where projects spanned HR, legal compliance, and manufacturing support. Luis holds a degree in Biology from Universidad Complutense, Madrid.
