Robyn Whitehead, Psy.D. ACSM EP, CWCS, is a dedicated sport and exercise psychologist and assistant professor at Stephen F. Austin State University. With a background in exercise physiology and sports administration, Robyn has held various roles, including health and human performance faculty at Northwestern State University and director of wellness and health promotion at Arkansas State University. Currently, Robyn coordinates exercise science programs and teaches kinesiology and health science courses, while also serving as an ambassador at Plexus Worldwide.
