Aaron Momber, MBA, CSM, CSPO, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality systems, program management, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Quality Systems Manager at Plexus Corp., Aaron oversees product quality initiatives and leads a team to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, they held several leadership roles, including Process Improvement Manager at Menasha Packaging, where they successfully implemented significant production enhancements. With a strong background as a soldier in the US Army and further experience in various manufacturing positions, Aaron combines problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of business analytics and customer relations. Aaron holds a Master’s in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in History, continually advancing their expertise in the field.
