Allen Garner

Allen Garner is a highly experienced engineer with a background in mechanical engineering and product development within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Senior Principal Engineer at Plexus Corp. since April 2007, Allen has significantly contributed to product development efforts. Additionally, Allen has been a volunteer advisor at North Carolina State University since August 2010, mentoring cross-discipline engineering teams on business planning and prototyping. Prior experience includes a role as Design Engineering Manager at Cree, where Allen led a mechanical engineering design team and integrated CAD systems, as well as serving as Project Engineer for CGN & Associates, where responsibilities included designing components for Caterpillar's first Skid Steer Loader. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1992 to 1996.
