Angela Westphal

Angela Westphal is an experienced professional in talent development and education, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Plexus Corp. since August 2022. Previously, Angela worked as an Organizational Impact Coach at Lakeland Care, collaborating with leadership to develop quarterly learning strategies focused on workforce competencies and fostering a strengths-based culture. Angela's academic background includes a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to transitioning to the corporate sector, Angela was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where responsibilities included leading introductory courses and creating engaging assignments and assessments for students.
