Caroline Venable

Caroline Venable is the Director of Training at Plexus Corp, where they lead the development of training programs to enhance employee performance. Previously, they held several roles at Plexus Corp, including Director of Engineering, where they managed the Raleigh Design Center and drove strategic vision across engineering functions. Caroline's early experience includes a co-op in Mechanical Engineering R&D at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and a teaching role at Orange High School, where they were also the Head Girls Soccer Coach. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and have been involved in various leadership and community initiatives throughout their career.
