Claudiu Besu

Claudiu Besu is the Manager of Program Management at Plexus Corp., where they leverage extensive experience in the electronic manufacturing industry to manage complex accounts across various sectors, including medical and industrial. Claudiu is responsible for customer relationships, driving P&L initiatives, and sharing best practices among programs, while also providing coaching and coordinating continuous improvements for other Program Managers. They hold an MBA in Global Executive Management from Central European University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emanuel University of Oradea. Prior to their current role, Claudiu gained valuable experience through internships at Ernst & Young and The Smart Cube.
