Darin Driessen

Darin Driessen currently serves as the Global Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering Operations at Plexus Corp., where responsibilities include leading Project Managers and Engineering Managers to support customer product launches through New Product Introduction and production test solutions, along with P&L accountability. Prior to this role, Driessen held various leadership positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC, including Managing Director of 1915 Studios, where efforts focused on fostering innovation via partnerships with early-stage startups, and Director of Open Innovation, responsible for integrating new technologies. Driessen's earlier career includes roles at Plexus Engineering Solutions and DRS Power and Control Technologies, with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from Hamilton Sundstrand. Educational qualifications comprise a Stanford Certified Project Manager designation, a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
