Eric Steif

Eric Steif is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Quality & Regulatory Systems at Plexus Corp. since October 2009. In this role, Eric oversees the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements for seven manufacturing sites across North America, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA Class II, and AS9100. Eric has held various positions within Plexus, including Regional Quality and Regulatory Assurance Manager and Regulatory Compliance Manager, focusing on supplier quality, continuous improvement, and the development of quality metrics. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
