Gail Traynor

Gail Traynor is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Plexus Corp. since June 2022, Gail previously held the position of Technical Training Manager at Plexus from November 2018 to June 2022. Gail also founded Gail Traynor Training and Consultancy Services from April 2011 to November 2019, offering management training and health and fitness personal training, including operating boot camps and being a certified Kettlercise and Spinning instructor. Earlier roles include QA Support Officer at ProStrakan, where Gail contributed to a new change management system, and Training and Development Manager at Aesica Pharmaceuticals, managing a team of trainers and overseeing professional and technical training. Gail holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and a diploma in Personal Training from Lifetime Health and Fitness.
