Gillian Hudson is an experienced professional in learning management systems and talent development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Management Systems at Plexus Corp. since November 2017. In this role, Gillian led the successful migration to SAP SuccessFactors LMS for the global organization, completing the project on time and within budget while implementing zero customizations. Prior to Plexus, Gillian held several leadership positions at Jabil from March 1995 to September 2017, including Talent Operations Manager and Global LMS Delivery Manager, where significant contributions to talent management and system implementation across numerous plants and countries were made.
