Greg Aykens

Greg Aykens is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in product development, team leadership, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Sr. Staff Mechanical Team Lead at Plexus Corp. since June 2019, Greg manages product development for healthcare and industrial sectors, conducting product failure analysis and developing strategies to enhance the global mechanical team's capabilities. Previous roles include Manager of On-Highway Mechatronic Systems at Power Solutions International, Operations Manager and Lead Mechatronic Systems Engineer at Renewegy, and various engineering positions at Kimberly-Clark and MotoTron, where Greg was instrumental in designing complex systems and components across various industries. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
