Heidi Chalupny

Heidi Chalupny, CPTD, serves as Global Talent Management Manager at Plexus Corp. since April 2015, with previous roles including Regional Training Manager for the Americas, Supervisor of Training and Development, Senior Leadership Development Specialist, Technical Training Specialist Senior, and Training Specialist II. Prior to joining Plexus Corp., Heidi worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Inspire Fitness Studio from October 2013 to April 2015 and as a Sales Training Specialist at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. from November 2005 to November 2011. Earlier career experiences include serving as Store Manager at Maurices and as an Art Teacher for Kimberly Area School District. Heidi holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Lakeland University, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Eastern Illinois University.
