Janice Broniak

Janice Broniak, PE, is a Senior Design Engineer at Plexus, where they focus on analog design engineering and troubleshooting customer designs. Previously, Janice worked at Nortel Networks for nearly two decades, developing digital design expertise and leading technical teams. Their experience spans several companies, including roles as a Sr. Electrical Hardware Design Engineer at Genband and Oracle, and a component engineer at Tekelec. Janice actively contributes to the community through various mentoring and leadership initiatives since 1992. They are currently pursuing a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at North Carolina State University.
