Joshua Kappes

Joshua Kappes is an experienced project manager and signal officer with a robust military background and current role as Senior Project Manager in IT at Plexus Corp. since November 2022. Prior to this position, Kappes served in various capacities in the US Army, including as Signal Officer and Company Commander with the 112th Signal Battalion, where responsibilities included training and managing a team of 32 Soldiers. Kappes has also held roles such as Battalion Communications Officer, Brigade Operations and Networks Officer, and Current Operations Officer, accumulating extensive expertise in operations planning, communications management, and logistical support for military units. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and completion of the Signal Basic Officer Leader Course.
