Josiah Bruder

Josiah Bruder, M.S., currently serves as Manager of Product Development Sourcing at Plexus Corp. since April 2021, where responsibilities include leading a multinational team of Sourcing Managers and Specialists, as well as acting as the supply chain representative on engineering and manufacturing projects. Prior experience includes roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Product Development Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, where Josiah led commercialization efforts for Dixie® products and achieved significant cost savings through value engineering. Earlier positions included Mechanical Engineering Manager at Switchgear Power Systems and Senior Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation, focusing on human systems integration for military vehicles. Josiah holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and additional certificates in Knowledge Management and Project Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
