Kaity Hansen

Kaity Hansen, MBA, currently serves as the Site Controller at Plexus Corp. since October 2022, having previously held the role of Assistant Site Controller. Prior to joining Plexus, Kaity accumulated extensive experience at Oshkosh Defense from June 2011 to October 2022, progressing from Operations Accountant I-IV to Lead Accounting Supervisor and Finance Manager, managing a variety of operations finance functions including accounts payable, inventory controls, and production timekeeping. Notable achievements include leading a strategic project that significantly reduced the manufacturing overhead rate. Kaity began her career at Oshkosh Defense as a Team Coordinator Co-op in 2010. Kaity earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
