Karen Bowden

Karen Bowden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. As the Senior Site Director at Plexus Corp. since October 2019, Karen oversees site operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Plexus from September 2001 to October 2019, including Director of Engineering and Supply Chain Productivity Manager, among others. Karen holds a Lean Sigma Black Belt from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from UW-Platteville, and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
