Kelsey Bevers

Kelsey Bevers, MBA, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Plexus Corp., where significant contributions include the implementation of a new onboarding program, the Energizing Engagement initiative, and the Increase Retention Initiative, all of which have led to measurable improvements in employee integration and engagement. With prior experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Plexus Corp. and Kewaunee Fabrications, Kelsey has developed comprehensive people strategies and facilitated global employee engagement processes. Previous roles at Oshkosh Defense and various internships have equipped Kelsey with a strong foundation in HR practices, employee engagement, and labor relations. Kelsey holds an MBA and dual undergraduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
