Lisa Thiede

Lisa Thiede, APSW, NCC, currently serves as the Global Learning and Development Manager at Plexus Corp. since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Organizational Development Business Partner and Specialist at ThedaCare and Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin, where Lisa focused on organizational development interventions, staff training, and program effectiveness evaluation. As Family Services Coordinator at Best Friends of Neenah-Menasha, Lisa played a significant role in mentoring and program funding, having also served as Interim Executive Director multiple times. Earlier roles included Clinical Specialist/Social Worker at Community Care Resources and Therapist at NEW WELLNESS ASSOCIATES, INC., with a foundation as a Caseworker at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI. Lisa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MSE in Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
