Mark van Eperen

Mark Van Eperen is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax provision and compliance functions. Currently serving as Sr. Tax Manager at Plexus Corp. since September 2021, Mark oversees the global tax provision and updates the Average Effective Tax Rate (AETR) for management reporting. Prior roles include Senior Tax Manager at Fincantieri Marine Group, where responsibilities included tax accounting and compliance, and Tax Manager at Oshkosh Corporation, focusing on quarterly and annual global tax provisions for a significant manufacturing entity. Earlier experience includes serving as a Revenue Tax Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, auditing sales and use tax records, and a Corporate Tax Intern at Oshkosh Corporation. Mark holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
