Matt Kuester

Matt Kuester is an experienced professional in product development and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development Sourcing at Plexus Corp. since June 2017, where leadership spans a team including Product Development Sourcing Managers, Tooling Engineers, and Supplier Quality Engineers. Previously, Matt held roles as Functional Manager for an electrical hardware team and Project Manager at Presto Geosystems, managing international business development and product distribution beyond the U.S. and Latin America. Before that, Matt worked at Milwaukee Electric Tool, developing power tool accessories, and gained early experience as an intern at Manitowoc Ice. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
