Michael Weber

Michael Weber has over two decades of experience in environmental health and safety, compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Plexus Corp. since May 2010, Michael has held various leadership roles within the company, including Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety. Prior to Plexus Corp., Michael was involved with the Boy Scouts of America from 2006 to 2018 as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Properties. Michael's earlier career includes a position as Program Manager for Safety & Occupational Health at Oshkosh Corporation from 2000 to 2010 and a role as Safety and Employment Specialist at The Swiss Colony from 1999 to 2000. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned between 1993 and 1999, and completed earlier education at Lourdes from 1989 to 1993.
