Nathan Michael

Nathan Michael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership across multiple companies, including roles as General Manager and Director of Operations at Plexus Corp. since June 2019. Nathan has demonstrated proficiency in full P&L responsibility, business planning, and cost reduction initiatives, achieving significant operational improvements and growth in profitability. Previous positions held include Operations Manager at Zalk Josephs Fabricators LLC and Plant Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing, where Nathan led continuous improvement efforts and successfully implemented lean manufacturing principles. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain & Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and has participated in international programs at Universidad del Pacífico and the International College of Management Sydney.
