Rachael Barker

Rachael Barker is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in sustainability and engineering, currently serving as the Global Manager of Sustainability Solutions at Plexus Corp. since February 2010. In this role, Rachael develops technical capabilities and fosters customer partnerships to enhance product sustainability. Prior experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Manager, Project Manager, Mechanical Group Team Lead, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Plexus Technology Group from June 2008 to August 2009, as well as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Rachael's engineering foundation was further enhanced through a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Altec from January 2006 to August 2007, working across manufacturing, applications, and product engineering departments. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in World Literature from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
