Rich Kraszewski

Rich Kraszewski is a Senior Process Engineer at Plexus, where they serve as the global subject matter expert in conformal coating and cleanliness-related processes. Prior to this role, Rich was a Senior Advanced Process Engineer at Kimball International, where they built and managed teams to tackle manufacturing challenges and reduce productivity costs. Rich also spent over two decades as a Product Development Manager at Kester, focusing on the research and development of soldering products and polymeric encapsulants for the global market. Currently, Rich is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Northern Illinois University.
