Robert Vanbibber

Robert VanBibber is an experienced engineer with a focus on product quality and manufacturing processes. As a Product Engineering Supervisor at Plexus Corp. since May 2016, Robert has led initiatives to enhance quality management systems and collaborated with suppliers for quality improvements. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a QA Engineer Intern at SpotterRF, where responsibilities included improving quality management systems and creating standardized processes. Starting in 2008, Robert gained diverse experience as a Test Technician at Precision Assembly, an electronic manufacturing service company, where duties included assembly, inventory control, and testing. Robert holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University, completed in 2016.
