Ryan Uhl

Ryan Uhl is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Total Rewards at Plexus Corp. since August 2018, Ryan oversees global compensation and benefits programs while developing strategies for talent acquisition and enhancing recruitment tools. Prior to this role, Ryan held senior positions at Bemis Company, Inc., where Ryan transformed the Talent Acquisition team and spearheaded the implementation of various HR initiatives, including the first Applicant Tracking System. With a solid foundation in human resources gained from earlier roles at Oshkosh Corporation and other organizations, Ryan holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a BA in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
