Sandra Grant

Sandra Grant is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Engineering Solutions at Plexus Corp. since November 2022, Sandra previously held multiple positions at Rexnord Aerospace, including Product Marketing Manager, Strategic Program Manager, and Sr. Project Engineer from March 2017 to November 2022. Sandra’s early career includes roles such as Mechanical Design Engineer at Astronics Armstrong Aerospace, and various engineering leadership positions at Rexnord Aerospace, where responsibilities ranged from Bearing Engineering Supervisor to Manufacturing Engineer. Additionally, Sandra gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Formax Inc. and a Quality Control Co-Op at SCA Tissue, NA. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
