Currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager at Plexus since January 1995, Scott has previously held the position of Team Manager at Cranked 5-Star Racing from 2012 to 2016 and worked as Parts Manager at Vijuk Equipment from 1992 to 1994. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing the degree between 1985 and 1990, and has also pursued further education at Oriel Stat A Matrix.
