Serban Simut, CPIM, is a senior supply chain and planning leader with over 15 years of experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing sector across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Regional Planning Manager Sr. at Plexus, Serban leads regional planning functions and has implemented a standardized SIOP framework to enhance decision-making and team collaboration. Previous roles include Demand Planning Manager and Business Solutions Consultant, where Serban developed KPIs and streamlined operations, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Serban holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Economic Affairs.
