Shwetha Birchmeier

Shwetha Birchmeier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and program management, currently serving as Customer Director at Plexus Corp. since April 2006. Throughout tenure at Plexus, Shwetha has held various leadership positions including Director of Program Management and Operations Manager, overseeing a $280M factory with a production team of 150 employees. Notably, Shwetha led a team that significantly increased revenue from $30M to $120M in just four months. Previous experience includes roles at Motorola as a Test Engineer, where Shwetha focused on testing WiMAX technology, and various engineering and program management roles that involved developing process validation protocols for Class 2 and Class 3 medical devices. Shwetha holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
