Tami Heikkinen

Tami Heikkinen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Controller at Aptar since August 2018, Tami previously worked at Plexus Corp. as the Plant Controller, where responsibilities included driving financial performance for a major manufacturing plant and overseeing financial forecasting and analysis. Tami's background also includes significant roles at Motorola, managing financial strategies for various business units, including a $200M expense budget and $250M in global R&D investments. Tami holds an MBA in Marketing, Management, and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA in Management Accounting and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
