Todd Thyes

Todd Thyes is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience at Plexus Corp. since 1991, currently serving as a Senior Consultant since February 2023, focusing on quality and learning management system upgrades and external product development. Previously, as the Director of Engineering Operations, Todd successfully turned around a $12M division from a loss to a $20M profit over four years by implementing Agile methodologies. Todd has held multiple director roles overseeing engineering, project management, and design assurance, managing substantial revenue and leading cross-discipline teams in product development across various industries including healthcare and technology. Todd holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
