Travis Young

Travis Young, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, currently serving on the Global Talent Acquisition Team at Plexus Corp. since February 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Leaders to address international hiring needs and promote the company's culture and opportunities. Prior to this role, Travis worked at Aerotek from September 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities ranged from managing a recruiting team as an Account Manager to training new recruiters and account managers as a Recruiter Lead. Earlier experiences include roles as a Technical Recruiter at North Honda MotorSports and internships with Wisconsin Public Service and the University of Minnesota. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and previously studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
