Victor Tan

Victor Tan is the Regional President of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. He joined Plexus in 2007 as the General Manager for our Penang-Hillside site in Malaysia. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Customer Management in APAC. He was later appointed to lead all Penang operations and support functions in the region in 2013. He expanded his scope to lead APAC operations in 2018, and was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Global Operations in 2019. Victor was named Regional President of the Asia Pacific region in 2020. Prior to joining Plexus, Victor held various leadership roles within engineering, operations and site management in the electronic, fabrication (plastic and metal) and automation/equipment assembly industry.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from the Science University of Malaysia.
