Zach Gilbert

Zach Gilbert is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades at Plexus Corp., currently serving as Director of Engineering in Sustaining Services, where leadership of a global technical team focuses on solving customer service problems and implementing best practices. Previous roles at Plexus include Senior Director of Global Customer Development and Senior Site Director of the Boulder Design Center, emphasizing project execution, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. With a strong foundation in project management and engineering, Zach has also contributed as Manager of the Software Development Group and Hardware Design Engineer, focusing on various sectors including medical devices and defense applications.
