Zachary Henry

Zachary Henry is an experienced engineering and project management professional, currently serving as Engineering Manager for Mechanical Engineering and Design Assurance at Plexus Corp. since October 2018. Under Zachary's leadership, a global team of 15 engineers was built, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and a 25% reduction in turnover. Prior to Plexus, Zachary co-founded Mister Pompadour and held positions such as Principal Engineer at Zurn Industries, Project Manager at Pentair Aquatics, Mechanical Design Engineer at Patton Design, and Design Engineer/Project Manager at RP Creative Display. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
