Andy Stanczyk, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over a decade of experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Senior Director of Total Rewards & HRMS at Plexus Corp. since November 2012. Throughout the tenure at Plexus Corp., Stanczyk has held multiple roles including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for the Americas Region. Prior to joining Plexus Corp., Stanczyk worked as a Professional Recruiter at Advanced Professional Services, LLC, and as Sales Director at Broadlook Technologies. Stanczyk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 2002 and 2006.
