Jan Simek

Jan Simek is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering, web development, and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Plickers since December 2017, Jan has also been an IT consultant since January 2001. Jan co-founded Viewsy, where tenure as CTO involved embedded system development and server architecture engineering from April 2012 to February 2018. Jan's commitment to education is highlighted by teaching roles at Charles University from 2007 to 2008 and participation in the Academic Senate of Charles University from 2006 to 2011. With earlier experience as a FileMaker Developer and a Network Administrator, Jan holds multiple degrees in Software Engineering from Charles University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
