Eva Backmann M.A. specializes in subtitling, quality control, and audio description, offering 20 years of expertise in English to German and French to German language services. They served as a translator and subtitler at Voice & Script International Ltd. from 2003 to 2005 and have been a freelance subtitler, proofreader, and translator since 2004. As of now, they hold the position of German Co-Language Lead, Subtitler, and QC Specialist at Plint, and remain actively engaged with Untertitelform AVÜ e.V. Eva earned an MA in Translation with Distinction from the University of Bristol and holds multiple degrees in languages from various institutions.
