Ofer Bustin

Before joining Pliops, Ofer served as COO for Dustphotonics and before as Vice President at Mellanox Technologies, managing Silicon and Electro-Optical Operations. Ofer brings 20 years of experience in operations, engineering, and corporate quality, building the infrastructure, methodologies, and execution to take companies from an early start-up to a public company generating $1B annual revenue. Ofer holds a BSc. from the Technion Institute of Technology.
