Karl Hoffman has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the CEO of Plitek since January 1995, where the company specializes in converting plastic films into specific die-cut shapes and manufacturing small die-cut components utilizing various materials. In addition to this role, Karl has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Plitek and BOV Member at AOPA in 2013. Karl began a career in sales as a Regional Sales Representative at Plicon Corporation from 1977 to 1982, focusing on the food packaging industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BSBA in Business Management from Illinois State University.
