Steven Decker

Steven Decker is a Junior Technical Support Engineer at Plivo since March 2020. Prior to this role, Steven served as an Assistant Store Manager at Caffe Medici from March 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing daily workflows, and handling financial transactions. Steven started as a Barista, developing leadership skills and enhancing customer service in a high-volume environment. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from North Carolina State University (2003-2007) and completed a bootcamp in Computer Software Engineering at Flatiron School (2019-2020).
