Mark Morrison

Mark Morrison has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Mark began their career at Miller-Valentine Group as an Acquisitions and Development Manager, where they worked from 2004 to 2011. Mark then joined Coldwell Banker Commercial | Reliant Realty as an Executive Vice President in 2011. In 2013, Mark transitioned to American Homes 4 Rent, where they served as the Vice President and Managing Officer of Acquisitions for Ohio and Kentucky. In 2015, they joined PLK Communities as the Vice President of Development & Construction and successfully originated the company's development division. Currently, Mark holds the position of Chief Construction Officer at PLK Communities, where they are responsible for leading all stages of development projects. In 2016, Mark briefly worked at 360 Property Partners as a Vice President. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in development, acquisitions, and construction.

Mark Morrison attended the University of Cincinnati from 1995 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from the College of DAAP.
