Mission
We inspire poker players to take ownership of their journey and help them set and achieve their goals.

Vision
Build the best Pot Limit Omaha training platform and community. One place for all your PLO needs.

Values

1. We are obsessed with our customers
We seek to understand our members' needs, who they are, and what their goals are. We have a genuine desire to provide the best experience for them.

2. We move with urgency and focus
Our users entrust us with their money and their livelihoods. When we mess up, miss a deadline, or slow down - it matters. We take that responsibility seriously.

3. We embrace growth
Progress is impossible without change. We don’t dwell on past failures. We learn, make changes, and keep moving.

4. We get better every day
We believe in consistent improvement. That applies to us and our members. We place progress before perfection.

5. We are not afraid of challenges
We default to action. We shoot for big things.

6. We think rigorously
We care about getting it right and it often takes reasoning from first principles to get there.

7. We give back
We want to inspire others and we aspire to make an impact in the world. Inside and outside poker.
