Zack Elias has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Zack started their career as a Sales Representative at BESTSELLER, where they worked for five years representing the brand JACK&JONES. Zack then joined TELUS as a Sales Representative for three years.

In 2016, Zack transitioned to the tech industry and joined Shopify. Zack initially worked as a Customer Success specialist, providing support and consulting to the company's merchants. Zack later held roles in App Review, App Store Operations, and Partnerships - Business Operations, where they played a crucial role in managing strategic partnerships and the overall operations of the app store. Notably, they were also involved in the Payments team, contributing to the company's strategic partnerships in that area.

Zack's next move was to Plobal Apps, where they served as the Director of Partnerships. In this role, they were responsible for building and scaling Plobal's Platform, Technology, and Agency Partnerships programs. Zack played a significant role in increasing the company's presence in the North American market and driving revenue through the Partner Program.

Currently, Zack is an Advisor at Shop Circle, a position they have held since early 2021. Overall, Zack's work experience reflects their expertise in strategic partnerships, operations management, and customer engagement in the tech and retail industries.
