Bas Hoft

Bas Hoft is an experienced advisor with a focus on spatial developments and infrastructure. Since October 2014, Bas has been working at Ploegam BV, where the aim is to grow into one of the larger medium-sized enterprises in the Dutch infrastructure sector, emphasizing the importance of scaling to compete for government contracts. Prior to this role, Bas held the position of Advisor for Spatial Developments at BMC Groep from September 2008 to September 2014, managing various programs and projects related to spatial development, both externally and as an interim consultant. Bas also worked at ICSadviseurs from September 2002 to August 2008, handling project and process management for public real estate, from policy formation to overseeing the realization of new construction projects. Bas Hoft holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Infrastructure and Spatial Development from Delft University of Technology, completed in 2002.
