Rody Kusters

Rody Kusters has over 25 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as a Project Manager at Ploegam BV since 2007. Kusters has also been an ambassador for the Hein program since June 2022, after completing related training aimed at enhancing safety in the industry. Previous roles include Execution Manager for Mooder Maas and Project Leader for Combinatie i-Lent, demonstrating a strong progression in project management responsibilities. Kusters's career with Ploegam began as an Executive and progressed through various managerial positions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering from HTS Den Bosch and training from MTS Nijmegen.
